Job Description

Profile: Asterisk / Hardware Networking
Support Engineer.
1. Familiar and comfortable with Asterisk installation, configuration
and troubleshooting & Hands-on experience in WEBRTC is preferred.
2. Tightening the security of Asterisk Server & gathering server log
files and configuration data for analysis in order to determine the root
cause of problems and create solutions.
3. Ability to Configuring Analogue/PRI Lines
4. Shell Scripting, Linux command line, and Linux OS basics
5. Experience in Wireshark, TCP dump, VoIP Security & Server level
security using Firewall / IP Tables
6. Must have sound knowledge, and hands-on experience, in resolving/repairing both hardware and software issues related to
desktop computers, laptop computers, servers, printers, etc.
7. Operating System, Patch management for desktops, laptops,
Troubleshooting all network and application issues
8. Data backup processes, Networking, increasing network security
9. E-mail configuration, Network Printer & Scanner, Antivirus
Salary range: 35 k to 50K
