Workin with MD for Video and Broadband strategies,Annual business operating plans (AOP), business plans for Customer retention.
Conduct regular business and project reviews with respective teams to keep track on the goals and check how it is met.
Work closely with the MD to acquire different statutory approvals from the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting (MIB), including personal visits too
Supporting business operations team in assessing the financial viability of business proposals & partnership
Prepare all Board presentations, Investor presentations, and the Monthly & Annual Performance Meeting presentation for both the MD and CEO.
