Job Description

Logistics coordinator required

Ensure shipments are carried out in accordance with contractual terms and manage/execute documentation accordingly.
Issuance of contract notices (nominations, documentary instructions, shipments advices, extension notices) for compliance to contract terms.
Monitoring and communicating vessels arriving and departing prospects along with all pre/post shipment details to shipper/customers. Obtain source information, track vessel timing, vessel status and enhance communication.

Checking the Letter of Credit carefully and look for clauses that needs to be amended (if any), to ensure clean L/C in place.
