We are currently seeking a Automation Tester to join our team in Any Location, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).
The key responsibilities of the role are: working within an Agile development team(s), the Lead SDET is responsible for developing and ontinually refining the test plans, processes and standards, covering functional/Non-Functional testing, all automated; review the architecture and designs of systems and features, and actively engage with Business Analysts and Developers to ensure the soundness of roposed solutions; create and maintain configuration notes for the testing environments. The Technical Test Lead is responsible for planning, overseeing and performing component test automation and end-to-end functional test automation, this will include: extending and maintaining the overnight run automated regression test suite; scripting/Running automated component, functional tests, using Java/Cucumber/JBehave, setting up Jenkins and automating the built test run; setting up automated deployment, configuring and finding resolution to Test environment issues.
- Good experience in designing automation frameworks using Selenium Webdriver, Protractor, Cucumber/JBehave, Gherkin.
- Experience with one or more build tools e.g. Maven, Gradle.
- A team player with the ability to collaborate and work with others; self-motivated and quick learner.
- Experience with BDD or TDD.
- Experience of working in a DevOps delivery environment and teams with exposure to Continuous integration delivery tools/environment
- Experience in any programme language such as Java, Typescript.
- Experience in Agile Scrum/BDD methodologies
- Knowledge of API testing is a plus.
- Have Banking or payment domain experience will get advantage.
