Job Description of Manager Stores:

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: - 08 Yrs to 10 Yrs

QUALIFICATION: B.com/ M.com, Diploma in Inventory Management(Full Time)

Industries - Manufacturing/Automobiles

CTC Per Annum - 3-4 LPA

Knowledge of Tally 9.0 is must.

  1. Experience in Warehouse management, Supply Chain and Commercial Operations including Demand Planning, Freight Management and Inventory control.
  1. Deft in managing the wide spectrum of tasks including procurement, inventory management & quality control across supply chain.
  1. Capable of analytical assessment to strengthen effectiveness of all Store functions, especially ways to optimize inventory control procedures.
  1. Inspect the levels of business supplies and raw material to identify shortages.
  1. Ensure product stock is adequate for all distribution channels and can cover direct demand from customers.
  1. Record daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory.
  1. Use software to monitor demand and document characteristics of inventory. Knowledge of ISO Audit, Tally and MIS is compulsory.
  1. Inform Purchase to, place orders to replenish stock avoiding insufficiencies or to hold PO to avoid excessive surplus.
  1. Analyze data to anticipate future needs.
  1. Expertise at handling inventory function to curtail holding expenses and adhering to the minimum inventory level to minimum wastage.
  1. Skills in general administration, Logistics Management, System Controlling and Operations Management.
  1. Planning, directing and maintaining efficient store operations, assigning and evaluating the work performance of personnel assigned to the store.
  1. Monitoring stocks & consumption patterns, overseeing receipts & issues from fresh, inter-branch, outside printer & outside rewinding stocks.
  1. Planning physical layout of warehouse for storage of materials, finished goods & consumables and ensuring smooth accounting, issue of material based on FIFO method.
  1. Organizing and managing the incoming & outgoing material activities to ensure the accuracy, completeness and quality of the material.
