Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant PM/BA/Agile - CM/Trade Surveillance
In this role, you will be responsible for following:
- Perform the dual role of Business analyst and Project Manager for projects in Trade Surveillance domain for leading Wall Street Banks involving custom developed business logic on multiple technologies like Spark, Scala, Java, Python, Hadoop, Databases
- Develop strong understanding of incoming trading data and perform data analysis of the same wherever necessary
- Develop and guide developers on business requirements and data being analyzed, more specially, Trade surveillance models and Trading data
- Get involved with development and testing teams across the lifecycle of project in Agile mode
- Run the requirements grooming sessions/Scrums and report progress
- Identify the risk and dependencies and highlight before manifestation
- Work closely with Business Analysts to understand the core business problems and deliver efficient IT solutions; communicate efficiently and effectively
- Analyze the existing Solution environment and identify the upgrade/Migration/Refactoring/new development/improvement requirements
- Work closely with QA Team to ensure high quality of the product
Responsibilities

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
- Bachelor s Degree in Technology/Engineering; Computer Science or any equivalent degree
- MBA in IT/Systems or equivalent degree or experience
- Strong IT Project execution experience in relevant domain/ similar context, while performing dual role of BA and PM
Preferred qualifications
- Strong Analytical & Business communication skills
- Expert level understanding of domain
- Ability to work with business analysts, development managers, architects, infrastructure, and other developers to analyse business requirements, propose solutions, and implement those solutions
- Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills
- Proven Project Management experience
