Job Description
Dear Candidate,
We are Seeking dedicated IT/Non-IT full time Recruiters who could work from home with us Full Time on commission basis.
Highly paid commission.This is not a Salary based job.
Must have prior experience into hard core recruitment. Excellent communication required.Need immediate joiners
only.
1-Fluent English+ Average Hindi.Proficient in both.
2-Female housewives preferred.
3-Must have some knowledge/working experience into bpo/Sales & Markrting or Hard Core Recruitment industry.
4-Should be energetic,confident & keen on interacting with new people.
5-Must have own laptop in proper working condition/WiFi at home.No sharing of laptop with spouse/friend/relative is entertained.Active Internet connection is also required.
6-Must have good verbal English.
7-Age Criteria-18 till 35 only,not more than that at all.
8-Must be able to devote at least 6-7 hours a day on a daily basis on a Proactive and Productive basis.
9-No Pregnant/Expecting baby,Newly Married,Staying in Joint family females should not apply.
10-Its a challenging Work profile,requires determination and a positive attitude.
11-Must be comfortable in Cold Calling the candidates on a daily basis.Have to Call at least 80-90 calls on daily basis as an average.
12-Target Oriented and Confident Approach.
13-Must have a Quiet Place/Private Room to operate the work conveniently.
14-Total Work experience should not be more than 6 years at all.
