We are looking for Engineering Project Manager, Engineering Head, for our Chennai location.
The job holder must be responsible for overall heading the Engineering activity of the site which includes prior experience in Sterile, Non-sterile, Utility and sex-hormone.

Job Profile:
Planning
Engineering Project Manager, Engineering Head,
, Execution & Validation of New Projects.
Operation & Maintenance of Plant and Machines Like OSD, Parenteral, SH, Warehouse, Black & Clean Utility.
Co-ordination with user department and vendors for the finalization of Plant layouts and selection of Machines.
Budgeting for proposed new projects with the help of corporate project team and finance.
Budgeting for yearly operation &Maintenance activities.
Presenting weekly updates on project and maintenance activities.
Ensuring the statutory compliances related Project and engineering as per Assam Factory act and PCB norms.
Ensuring Compliances of Electrical Inspectorate.
Drive the ENCON initiative for cost reduction and product quality.
Daily interaction with team for the day to day activities of Department.
Tracking and maintaining the critical spares required for preventive and routine maintenance.
Planning various maintenance schedules and lead the team of departmental heads to ensure implementation of the schedules for improving the overall reliability of the equipment.
Adherence to Corporate EHS policy and ensuring all safety compliances at work place for project and Operational areas.
Responsible for sourcing of machines, tooling, consumable parts and related services and interacting with user departments for analysing the required material.
Facing customer audits and taking corrective as per audit requirement.
Preparing reports on maintenance performance and technical date for various equipment, spare parts, labour and machines and resources scheduling, executing operation and preventive maintenance activities.
Executing cost saving and energy saving techniques and modifications to achieve substantial reduction in expenditures and work within the budgets.
Ensure the timely calibration of measuring instruments and control devices as per SOPs.
Coordinating with the vendors for arranging supplies as per schedules and inventory management.
Procurement, inspection , installation, Commissioning, maintenance of plant machineries.
To provide training to engineering team to improve job efficiency and enhance work quality in the work place.
