Roles and Responsibilities
* Manages complete life cycle of recruitment (sourcing vendors, screening, coordinating interviews, facilitate offer process, post offer engagement).
* Drive the delivery engine from the existing vendors to ensure digital skill positions are filled at the earliest.
* Identify and onboard new vendors for fulfilling requirements at the earliest for both full time and contractual positions.
* Evaluation of vendors on regular basis to ensure we have effective partners.
* work on multiple assignment simultaneously and deliver the desired hiring output.
* Able to independently resolve complex projects, issues, challenges encountered. strong vendor risk management.
* Would be responsible to hire resources as per organization's requirements & within defined timelines through partners.
* Person would be responsible to hire resources keeping recruitment metrics in mind (timeline, source mix, diversity etc.)
* Would be responsible to manage big volumes of open positions as well as niche demands
* Would be recruiting candidates from entry to mid-management level.
* Collaborate with hiring managers to identify future hiring needs
* Capable of identifying key issues and priorities and focusing on these to deliver required results with minimal direction and supervision.
* Manage the mandatory statutory compliances from the vendors.
* Maintain and update necessary trackers, reports and database related to recruitment updated at all times.
* Manage post offer process by completing the necessary pre-boarding documentation.
