Understanding Business Needs
Understand the intensity of change, affected groups and plan to address the concern for each group.
Encourage different points of view to create better products and resolve any conflicts arising in the process.
Work with various teams on live state-level process transformation projects and elicit the requirements of a software product that can cater to most of the states by configuration & customization.
Gathering, identifying and documenting business requirements
Define and document all use cases, End-to-End process flows, and business requirements in a timely manner.
Writing and maintaining user documentation and impart training to the users.
Write Test Scripts Leveraging a Traceability Matrix for tracking Business Requirements end to end from BRD to UAT.
Coordinate and Sign off on all BRDs and Functional Specs and Drive UAT signs off.
Analyze the impact of changes and detail it out on product, people or process
Data Analysis
Discover the meaning of data, define data relationships, connect disparate data to gain insights,
Understand the complex relationships & trends in the data using statistical techniques and identify meaningful insights from it
Determine what data matters the most to provide value.
Identify available tools that meet the proposed requirements, do a Gap Analysis between the as-is process and the to-be process
Lead the evaluation of tools, technologies & IT systems/applications, and rate those based on functionality/technical specifications
Collaborate with respective OEMs and development partners to carry out the due diligence for the tool(s) and ensure the fitment
Participate and represent project progress status in various internal and external governance reviews
Create Implementation Plan with Scope, Deliverables and timelines; track and control/manage projects
Facilitate change management and adoption by employing various means and working with the respective operations teams of the states
B. Tech in Computer Science/ MCA/ BCA.
3 to 5 years experience in evaluating software requirements and delivering solutions for complex business problems.
