We are hiring for a BDT (Business Development Trainee)
Total Hiring - 200+
Designation- Business Development Trainee/Associate
Offered CTC- 6.6 LPA ( 4 Lakh Fixed and 2.6 Lakh Incentives)
Location- Preferred location only from North Region
Delhi,Chandigarh,Haryana,Himachal Pradesh,Jammu and Kashmir,Ladakh,Punjab, Rajasthan,,Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand
Experience (FROM - TO)- 0 to 10 months (Sales)
Job Location- Gurgaon (Currently Work From Home)
Domain- Non IT (Sales)
Education- Any Graduate or Post Graduate Freshers from 2020/2021 batch only.
Skills- Excellent communication skills and convincing skills, aspiring to make their career in Edtech sales, passionate about business development, one who is ready to go an extra mile and a go-getter.

Job description-
1. Calling Leads
Call on parent leads
60-75 leads are to be called daily
2. Generating trial classes
Pitch to the parents to take PlanetSpark Trial Class
3. Take counselling sessions and convert them
Conduct counselling sessions for parents who take trial classes
Shift Timings-
India- 9:30am to 6:30pm (Monday off)
Middle-East/ Europe- 3pm to 12am (Sunday off)
US/ Canada- 8pm to 5am (Sunday off)

CTC
Post selection the candidates will be entitled for a stipend amount of Rs.10,000 for a 14 days training period. Post training clearance, below CTC will be applicable.
INR 6.6 LPA (4 LPA fixed + 2.6 LPA variable)- Candidates who opt for US/ Canada will get an additional night shift allowance of 5000/month.

Interview Process:
1) Group Discussion
2) Role Play
3) Final Interview.

Other Requirements-
1) Candidate should have a laptop and wifi connection.
2) Candidates should be willing to relocate.
3) Candidates should be ready to join immediately within 15 days.
