Good Communication Skills

Handling Recruitment for various domains

Understanding various requirements, job descriptions for respective job openings.

Search Profiles and screening relevant candidates

Coordinating with Clients and candidates

Scheduling Interviews and taking follow-ups

Conducting Formalities of joining candidates and keeping track of future openings

Maintaining own database and tracker for all records on a weekly and monthly basis

Developing strong relations with team members.
