Job Description Summary Job Description Responsibilities
- Expertise in applying project management skills resulting in an end to end delivery.
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Coordinate internal resources and offshore teams for the flawless execution of projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within the scope, and within budget.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Well versed with Scrum.
- Must be a good team player with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Successfully manage the relationship with all stakeholders.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Requirements
- Very good educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering
- Minimum 9 years of working experience in the information technology sector.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience on Project Management.
- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
- Open to work in flexi hours.
