We have an opening for Consultant/Recruiter Position

Experience 0-3 Yrs

CTC : As par last salary and interview

Job location :- Office no 27,B- 1363 , sarpanch complex , opposite :- TVS showroom New Ashok nagar ,Delhi-96

Interview date :- 30 & 31 Aug 2021 at 12PM to 4PM

Looking for a candidate with IT/ NON-IT Experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Source profiles from various source like Naukri, LinkedIn, References, Internal Database.

Interact with candidate, doing initial screening. Understand their competencies & skill sets, making them understand the job role.

Analyze Job Profile and Client Company's Profile.

Initiate Job Posting and Bulk Mailing

Provide complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about the company and position.

Prepare candidates for interviewing with the clients by providing detailed information about job descriptions, and expectation.

Interact with clients/Manager and understand the requirements.
