We are urgently looking for a Senior Product Manager (Externalisation & Collaborative Planning (E&P)) to be accountable for working with product teams to develop and mobilise the vision, strategy and roadmap for tech products supporting Externalisation and the Collaborative Planning process. A key objective of the roles to provide better digital visibility of the End to End Supply Chain to better lead and make decisions. The role will ensure that all work performed has a focus on Value, Flow & Quality, as well as partnering with the Business Owners and other product teams to collectively ensure the tech product lifecycle is optimally run and prioritized. This role will provide you the opportunity to lead key activities to progress your career. These responsibilities include some of the following: Creating tech Product Strategies and Roadmaps, interpreting business strategies and goals into technical product visions, strategies, and roadmaps Identify problems and opportunities faced by the product customers to elicit potential value opportunities, creating new value cases for the product, and maintaining a tech product backlog Preparing for and Executing 'Big room planning' / Product Increment processes and ceremonies Working with and leading product teams, developing new tech solutions, delivering through agile experimentation, and taking products to industrialisation Maintaining, optimising, and eventually leading the maturity and decline of the tech product through its lifecycle. Work as a servant-leader, reducing dependencies, removing blockers and co-ordinating with other product teams and key decision makers Why you Basic Qualifications: Knowledge and experience of technical products in supply chain domains - in particular, Supply Chain Collaboration products such as SAP Ariba Own the delivering of solutions using Agile methodologies Integration of supply chain functions and tech solutions with third party service providers Experience of Software as a Service and delivery of Software of a Service Solutions.
