Job Description
Office Location: Chennai, Coimbatore / 100% Remote availableWorkdays: Monday to Friday
Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days.
Office timing: Mid-day shift. (3 pm to 12 am)
- Good to have 2 to 5 years of experience in internal Recruitment for the domestic Indian Market.
- Must have Handled full life cycle recruitment from Sourcing to onboarding of candidates.
- Must be well networked in the Domestic market and previous experience in Domestic hiring or US staffing is required.
- Excellent knowledge in using Job portals like Naukri, Monster and must-have hiring experience using social media
- Experience working in a matrix environment would be a plus.
- Must be a Strong team player and a lead with a positive mindset to drive results from the team
- The ideal candidate would possess high energy, be highly motivated, and be self-directed.
- MUST have a very good command of verbal and written communication skills.
- Should be highly adaptable to new technologies and business environment
- Any experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases would be a plus.
