Looking for a seasoned Engineering Project manager with proven experience in delivering highly multi-functional projects and programs using the latest technology stack. The ideal candidate is a creative, demonstrated leader/manager with superior analytical abilities across a global product base. This opportunity requires excellent technical, problem-solving, and communication skills. At the core of the position is planning and delivery.Technical Qualifications:
10 or more years of meaningful work experience in internet-related project and/or technical program management in a global software or semiconductor applications environment. An undergraduate degree in software-program management, computer science, electrical engineering or equivalent experience required.
10+ years combined experience in engineering and project management Experience in Semiconductor technologies is a strong plusThe ideal candidate would have the following qualifications:
Experience handling complex, multi-functional projects Solid understanding of phase gate and multi-swim lane program and release Experience with JIRA, MS Project, Confluence, and other enterprise and project management tools Extremely proficient in writing SQL working with large data volumes Experience with scripting for automation (e.g., UNIX Shell scripting, Python, Perl, Ruby). Experience with and deep understanding of a project management methodology, PMP or similar Experience establishing work relationships across multi-disciplinary teams and multiple partners in different time zones Experience moving engineering programs and products from inception to delivery, articulating impact using clear and concise OKRs, KPIs and metrics
The Right Candidate would be building a program leadership organization. You will work with Semiconductor Package engineering teams, Designers, multitude of Multi-functional partners, many Business partners, Automation, Program Managers and Operations team. You will lead these cross-functional teams with only consultative direction from management. In addition, this role will be responsible for the following:

• Successfully develop and execute work plans by leading scope, schedule, deliverables, and resource allocation
• Actively and deftly collaborate with business and engineering teams on innovative solutions, requirements, scope, and project deliverables
• Proactively identify and communicate project issues and risks
• Prioritize issues while negotiating and setting appropriate expectations with team members, partners and senior management
• Prioritize team activities and drive resolution of issues across all areas of the project.
• Lead the development of technical documentation and post-launch support.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills and ability to multi-task
• Ability to filter and distill relevant information for the right audience
• Understands and deals well with rapid development cycles remains flexible and calm in the face of ambiguity drive clarity. Ability to create and execute plans in ambiguous setting
• Experience in working in a large enterprise, with a global environment, across multiple time zones and geographies
• Able to fit in well with a team, understand capabilities and priorities
• Self-motivated and pro-active with proven creative and critical thinking capabilities
• Exhibit a deeply curious mindset about new insights
