Do open market HNI Sales Making sure his team is clocking revenues as per the targets Meeting agencies to understand client budgets and keep them updated on various IPs we are executing Presenting agencies the value break-up (Media & Non-Media) with respect to the proposal shared with clients. Research and develop a list of potential sponsors for each conference Conduct relevant market research and analysis to identify key trends in the sectors advertising and marketing strategies and provide a solution to those strategic needs. Maximize revenue and ensure that revenue targets attached to conferences/summits are achieved. Update the company Maximizer database as required; Invoice sponsors and exhibitors once agreements have been reached Liaise with the Marketing Team and build drip marketing campaign for each conference IP. Constantly monitor market penetration and design strategies to strengthen our footprint within the sectors.
Relevant B2B Sales experience Understand Concept selling Good negotiation skills Successful track record in developing and managing conference brands for at least 2-3 years Good contact with Media agencies Should understand cost bifurcation ( element wise Media & Non-Media) and present the same to agency Domain knowledge in at least two sectors. Preferable sectors Finance, Retail, Education, Infrastructure, Telecom & Technology or Horizontal platforms Performance: Excellent writing, editing, communication, presentation, human relations and interpersonal skill Analytical bent of mind with an ability to have a consultative approach towards clients Proactive Ability to strategize and execute long term vision Knack to multi task Exceptional networking skills Out-of the-box thinker
