Responsibilities
Experience in sourcing, scheduling in bulk hiring
Planning on meeting monthly Recruitment requirements
Recruiter with bulk hiring experience
Should have done sourcing, managing portals
Candidate Management experience
Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc, vendor management
Screen candidates resumes and job applications
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
