Specific responsibilities include:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for:
Selling Monsters online solutions to placement Agencies, SMEs and SMBs
Identify & analyze the clients requirements & propose customized solutions for talent acquisition / Retention /branding needs
Handle a team of Acquisition and Retention Sales people.
Interaction with senior management in the client organizations & present Monsters products & services
Manage complex sales situations & acquire clients based on value based selling.
Following complete sales cycle and ensuring payment collection.
Closely monitoring of competitor activities and assisting in planning counter strategies Recruit and train a team of sales profession
Sales management of the team
To drive both volume and value sales
Recruit and train a team of sales profession
Improve relationship management with clients by the team
Supervise the development and preparation of reports that are required to analyze the sales performance against the established plans and objectives.
Develop MIS and ability to analyze data
