Roles & Responsibilities
-Ability to communicate complex issues in a friendly and easy to understand format
Significant attention to detail
-Ability to anticipate client needs and provide personalized customer service tailored to individual client satisfaction
-Educating customers about product details, ingredients, usage, and price.
-Offer friendly and professional customer service to customers and develop professional relationships.
-To proactively identify opportunities to improve the service performance and inform the immediate Supervisor.
-Respond to inbound calls (Beauty) and effectively consult customers or prospective customers regarding products.
-Responsible to effectively handle customer calls and provide appropriate level of service and issue resolution according to company guidelines while providing a superior customer experience.
-Appropriately escalate customer issues as and when necessary according to guidelines.
-To complete & meet all customers requests as per defined guidelines
-Ensure FTR on calls and provide end-to-end resolution to avoid repeat calls from customers.
Experience/Skill Set:
-Minimum of 6-month experience in Customer service or similar role
-Desirable would be an E-commerce experience.
-Excellent communication skills
-Positive attitude to learning
