Job Description
The primary job of a customer service representative is to address customer issues and resolve them in a timely and efficient manner. Support reps interact with customers on a variety of channels such as phone, email, and social media, and ensure that all valid customer concerns are being dealt with immediately.
Responsibilities:
Receiving and placing customer service telephone calls. Maintaining solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism. Resolving customer complaints, managing database records, drafting status reports on customer service issues.
Customer Service representative Requirements:
A bachelors degree or masters degree in food science or in a related field.
Diploma,B.tech,M.tech,12th,BBA,BCA,BA,
Salary-19,000/- to 35,000/-
Age-18 Years
