About This Role
Production Coordinator performs a variety of duties, including formatting of documents, fact checking and resolving queries of different stakeholders. The Team works directly with multiple internal stakeholders to ensure all production deadlines are met.
We are looking for a Production Coordinator who will be responsible for Layout and formatting of company research documents using standard desktop publishing software, including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Process Market Views and QC published documents.
What You'll Do

  • Format Company documents using Microsoft Word templates and guidelines.

  • Closely work with internal stakeholders to resolve their queries and ensure all production deadlines are met.

  • Manage different mailboxes/projects and action/respond to requests within TAT.

  • Deliver input for timely project reporting to communicate progress, challenges and potential solutions

  • Apply and follow project management methodology and best practices for all projects, underpinned by fact-based data and supporting change management initiatives

What You'll Need

  • 1 to 2 years of online document experience or equivalent experience in a desktop publishing environment.

  • Bachelor's degree required.

  • Able to collaborate on documents with internal stakeholders and build relationships

  • Well versed in Microsoft Office applications and PC skills.
