Roles and Responsibilities
* Required Minimum 1Year international Voice Experience
* Should carry experience into Technical Support/Sales/Telecom voice process
* Need to Resolve queries which are related to internet issues, Router Configuration, Broadband
issues

*Should have billing experience in telecom process

*Should have sales experience like Upselling,Cross selling

* Provide Troubleshooting steps through calls
Desired Candidate Profile
*Taking Remote access from customers
*Troubleshooting customers regarding product issues
*Tech support or desk top support
*Excellent communication skills.
*Provide assistance through calls.
*Need technical knowledge .
* Excellent interpersonal, intrapersonal skills, team player.
*Preferred only international BPO experience.
*Need Personal laptop with windows 10 and i3 Processor
