MonitoringofProjectcost,capexbudgets, andarrangementoffunds.
Arrangingshort-termfundsatthe lowestcosts.
ConsolidationofaccountsunderIndianGAAPandINDAS.
Implementingvariouscostanalysisandcontrolmeasures.
Monitoringtaxcompliancesandensuringzerotaxleakages.
Monitoringriskmanagementpolicyandmanagingforexexposures.
Establishingfinancialcontrolsthroughthe implementationofvariousproceduresandpolicies
Spearheadingentirefinance,accounts,taxation,treasury,administrationandIToperations.
AdvisingvariousimprovementsforstabilizationandupgradationofSAPsystem.
Monitoringlegalcompliances.
ManagingInvestorrelations.
Arrangingshort-termfundsatthe lowestcosts.
