We are looking real estate sales professionals
Location: Mumbai / Pune/ Bangalore / Noida
Exp : 3 years above in real estate
CTC : As per the industry norms
Please find the below mentioned JD :
Job Purpose: To ensure sales (both volume and value) in the residential segment. Perform duties such as study the geographical market, identify and accompany prospective clients to the property site, discuss conditions of sale, and draw up real estate contracts under the guidance of Team lead / City lead/ Zonal Head
- Achieve maximum revenue targets through primary sales in the residential segment
- Drive scale and growth through proper sales planning and precise execution.
- Comply with Sales process and mechanism of the company to ensure Business Integrity.
- In-depth knowledge about real estate environment in the city, property buying & renting cycle.
- Awareness of government policies and bylaws, processes & transaction procedures.
- Awareness about new projects coming up in the city and prevailing prices in various localities of the city.
- Analytics driven skills and ability to understand and act according to the key parameters such as conversion rate, leads to meetings, meetings to site visits ratio.
Required Candidate profile
* Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
* Excellence in sales and marketing with positive attitude and team playing ability.
* A flair for establishing an instant rapport with clients.
* Good communication and negotiation skills.
* Dynamic, aggressive, result-oriented, and self-starter.
* Ability to work independently.
* To enjoy networking and meeting new people.
Candidates from the Real Estate / Financial Services industry will be preferred.
Age should not be more than 45 years.
*Own conveyance is a must
