JobDescription
1)Should have worked with, Sqlite,PostgreSQL,BI(SSIS,SSRS)
2)Must have strong database fundamentals and strong data analytical skills
3)Must have strong SQL skills
4)Capability to work under minimal supervision
5)Planning and development of the databases
6)Performance, integrity and security of a databases
What you will do:
1) The ability to write queries that perform optimally.
2) Analysis and Design database structure as per requirement.
3) Reviewing query performance and optimizing code.
4)Writing queries usedforfront-end applications (websites, desktop applications, mobile apps or cloud apps).
5) Designing and codingdatabasetables to store the applications data
6) Data modeling to visualizedatabasestructure
7) Working with application developers to create optimized queries
8) Creating database triggersforautomation, e.g., automatic email notifications
9) Creating table indexes to improvedatabaseperformance
10) Programming views, stored procedures, and functions
11) Builddatabasesystems of high availability and quality depending on each end users specialized role
12) Design and implement adatabasein accordance with end users information needs and views
13)Install and maintain the performance ofdatabaseservers.
14) Develop processesforoptimizingdatabasesecurity.
Required Skills:
Experience in working with MongoDB, BI(SSIS,SSRS), SQLite and PostgreSQL.
Knowledge of database design principles, query optimization, index management, integrity checks, statistics and isolation levels
Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
Strong data analytical skills
Experience in developing Continuous Integration/ Continuous Delivery pipelines (CI/ CD)
Experience in administration and maintenance in distributed environments.
Hands-on experience with database standards and end user applications
Excellent knowledge of data backup, recovery, security, integrity and SQL
Familiarity with BBIdatabase design, documentation and coding
Previous experience with DBA case tools (frontend/backend) and third party tools
Familiarity with programming languages API
Problem solving skills and ability to think algorithmically
Familiarity with SSAS, SSIS, SSRS,BigQuery will be added advantage
Knowledge of one cloud platform (AWS).
