Job Description
Hi Talent,
We hiring for an INSIDE SALES SPECIALIST.
Location: Mumbai (Kurla, Andheri & Vikhroli)
CTC 3LPA to 6 LPA + (Incentives).
Roles and Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Handle calls on leads generated for clear aligner (Smile correction/ Smile straightening) services on our digital platforms.
- Describe the services and USP of the same and try to generate maximum conversions.
- Regular follow-ups with potential clients/ patients.
- Overall problem solving for customers and coordination as necessary.
- Handle any operations related activities that may be required.
- Tabulate and record responses from all channels on excels.
- Generate relevant reports from the same.
- Schedule appointments for patients and coordinate with the concerned person who shall visit the customer.
- Analyze the quality of calls and strive for improvement
Skills/Abilities:
1. Exceptional communicator and influencer who can deliver sales pitch like a charm
2. Result-driven with experience of extremely target centric job
3. Confident and persevering risk-taker who thrives in a high-performance high-growth environment
4. Self-learners with a high grasping ability so that you can learn about the product

Requirements:-
- QUALIFICATION: GRADUATION (ANY)
- AGE: 21 TO 30
- EXPERIENCE:1 -7 years of Business to Consumer (B2C) sales/ Direct Sale experience is preferable.
