Job Title: Key Account Manager (KAM)-Third Party Payroll

Experience: 2+Year

Salary: 4 to 5 LPA

Location:-Bangalore (Work from home)

Key Responsibilities:- Work From Home

• Musthave experience in Sales & Marketing, Business Development, Channel Management and Client Relationship Management.
• Mapping clients requirements and coordinating in developing and implementing processes in line with pre-set guidelines.
• Monitoring the overall functioning of processes, identifying improvement areas and implementing adequate measures to maximize Seller satisfaction level.
• Manages the escalation cases and resolves all Meesho Seller Issues and provides support to all the Major Client Service Centres.
• Sharing weekly basis Sale Reports for Sellers.
• Developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition.
• Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
• Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships.

Requirements:

• At least one year of work experience in sales, preferably B2C
• Fluency in English, Hindi and respective local language
• Candidates should have their own laptop/tablet.
