Maintaining and updating all the HR processes and procedures.
Excellent knowledge of Strategic Planning, Organizational Effectiveness, Talent Development and leadership effectiveness
Participate in developing goals, objectives and systems for the depts. Across entire organization.
Preparing KRA, updating them, competency mapping across depts.

Career path programs for employees, employee relation counselling, conducting exit interviews, employee referral programs

Tranning & Development, OD ( Organisational Development), Employee Engagement, HR Metrics,

Upgrading latest and innovative HR initiatives.

Excellent communication skills especially with US people.
