Participate in developing goals, objectives and systems for the depts. Across entire organization.
Preparing KRA, updating them, competency mapping across depts.
Career path programs for employees, employee relation counselling, conducting exit interviews, employee referral programs
Tranning & Development, OD ( Organisational Development), Employee Engagement, HR Metrics,
Upgrading latest and innovative HR initiatives.
Excellent communication skills especially with US people.
