Embedded Hardware Engineer with 3-7 years of exp and 2 years in Battery Management system @ Neugene International

Job Description

Responsibilities:
1.Design, development, testing & validation of necessary embedded hardwares for battery system and battery management system. This includes power electronics / power supplies, control cards, IOs boards, communication boards, sensor integration (encoders, load cells, etc.), wireless communications, and battery management.
2.Design, development, testing & validation of communication board for RS232, RS485, CAN, Isolated CAN, SNMP, Daisy Chain, Bluetooth, Wifi, Fiber optics, Functional safety IEC61508.
3.Hardware architecture battery system and battery management system and respective schematics, Gerber for various cards / PCBs complying applicable IPC (PCB design) standards
4.Validation and integration of Electrical, Electronics, Embedded Software & respective Communication systems/protocols for battery system and battery management system
5.Design, development, testing-validation (including assembling and debugging PCBs and electronic components by hand), QA of Electrical & Electronics systems & sub-systems for battery system and battery management system ( up to 1.5kV)
6.Design, development, testing & validation as per applicable UL / IEC/ IEEE / ISO standards & UL/CE/FCC certifications of ESS (Energy Storage System) for Telecom, UPS-Data Centre, C&I, Utilities applications.
7.Power Quality & EMI-EMC analysis & compliances as per standards
8.NPD-NPI process from requirement capture to final solution design, development, testing & validation; including support to site installation-commissioning team
Required Skills (Functional & Behavioral Skills)
1.ESS System Architecture, SLD, BOQ
2.Embedded hardware design, development, testing, validation including EMI-EMC, Environmental, System reliability
3.Embedded System (hardware & Software) integrated testing, validation, certifications.
4.System simulation / virtual validation via MATLAB, PsPICE, PSIM, VLSI
Preferred Skills
1.Familiar with Laboratory & field development & testing equipments w.r.t. FAT-SAT (field/site acceptance test) requirements
2.Hands-on working live with MV & HV Electrical systems
