System Engineer with 3 to 7 years exp with 2 years in Battery management system @ Neugene International

Job Description

Responsibilities:
1.Design and validation of Li-Ion battery system architecture and battery management system
2.Validation and integration of Electrical, Electronics, Embedded Software & respective Communication systems/protocols for battery system and battery management system
3.Design, development, testing, validation, QA of Electrical & Electronics systems & sub-systems for battery system and battery management system ( up to 1.5kV)
4.Tender / Specification / VoC (Voice of Customer) understanding and respective solution including SLD, BOQ, necessary critical sections / sub-sections / components / sub-components
5.FEMA, RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and VA-VE (Value Analysis-Value Engineering) to make system robust, reliable, cost effective. Investigate & identify next generation energy storage devices & respective systems
6.Compliances / validations/ approvals / certifications as per applicable UL / IEC/ IEEE / ISO standards & UL/CE compliances of ESS (Energy Storage System) for Telecom, UPS-Data Centre, C&I, Utilities applications
7.Product delivery process from requirement capture to final solution; including support to site installation-commissioning team
8.Micrgrid applications, RFQ, Proposals, Designing in a container with necessary HVAC & Fire Safety.
Required Skills (Functional & Behavioral Skills)
1.ESS System Architecture, SLD, BOQ
2.Embedded System (hardware & Software) integrated testing, validation, certifications.
3.Project Management.
4.Able to be flexible on work location / travel. Strong teamwork, oral & written communication
Preferred Skills
1.System simulation / virtual validation via MATLAB, ETAP, PSCAD, HOMER.
2.Familiar with Laboratory & field development & testing equipments w.r.t. FAT-SAT (field/site acceptance test) requirements
3.Hands-on working live with MV & HV Electrical systems
