Job Description

Presenting agencies the value break-up (Media & Non-Media) with respect to the proposal shared with clients.
Research and develop a list of potential sponsors for each conference
Conduct relevant market research and analysis to identify key trends in the sectors advertising and marketing strategies and provide a solution to those strategic needs.
Maximize revenue and ensure that revenue targets attached to conferences/summits are achieved.
Update the company Maximizer database as required; Invoice sponsors and exhibitors once agreements have been reached
Liaise with the Marketing Team and build drip marketing campaign for each conference IP.
Constantly monitor market penetration and design strategies to strengthen our footprint within the sectors.
Key External & Internal Contacts
Internal: Will work closely with the Sales Head, Marketing Executives, Conference Producers, Team and the Operations Team
External: Industry Associations, Media, Ministries, NGOs and Corporates (for sponsorship)
Knowledge and Skills:
Technical:
Relevant B2B Sales experience
Understand Concept selling
Good negotiation skills
Successful track record in developing and managing conference brands for at least 2-3 years
Good contact with Media agencies
Should understand cost bifurcation ( element wise Media & Non-Media) and present the same to agency
Domain knowledge in at least two sectors. Preferable sectors Finance, Retail, Education, Infrastructure, Telecom & Technology or Horizontal platforms
Qualifications & Experience:
Atleast a graduate with a business or related degree with a minimum experience of 5 10 years.
