Job Purpose
Manage and support all major modules of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O - Point of Sale, WMS, Store Inventory Management, Invoicing Management, Allocation, Central Office, Back office etc.Work with Retail Sales and Operations team in smooth new store opening activities
Job Context
The person is expected to work in close alignment with business for their needs on existing ERP and incremental change request - in the areas of
- Manage the support of Store and Warehouse IT operations with Service level agreements. Monthly support review with Internal/External partners
- Planning and rollout of new store opening (NSO).
- Managing support team to attend, record and provide L1 Support for IT operations issues (Both Infrastructure & Application).
- Supporting day-to-day business needs and ensuring within TAT issue resolution.
- Work with core users for testing, training of ERP, POS & WMS.
- To collaborate with implementation partner to ensure training and UAT for business user. Managing the training material like user manual.
- Project Management for all major and minor projects with systematic project tracking and collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Engaging with central team on new initiatives like ecommerce, Power BI etc.
Accountability
Supporting Actions
Work in coordination with Business team members across functions. Communicate and train the final solution to the business team members, and coordinate the implementation of the solution to the production environment
- Understand challenges for business team, align implementation partner accordingly. Help business user to stich solution keeping best practices in mind.
Drive and monitor SLAs for front end POS WMS & ERP application
- Daily monitoring of smooth sales posting and resolutions.
- Understand & resolve challenges, escalations to respective modules
- Co-ordinate with third party vendors for seamless integrations like wallets, Plutus, Karnival etc.
Version management & deployment
- Track & follow Microsoft Lifecycle services (LCS)
- Plan & schedule version upgrade activity in line with Microsoft recommendation.
Work with ABFRL's Central IT
- Ecommerce maintenance and sales
- Power BI reports support
Qualifications:
Any Graduate
Minimum Experience Level:
4-6 Years
