Job Description:
To execute plan and organize the maintenance and improvement of the Packing Plant Section to ensure that no maintenance/ technical issue arise during packing process to meet Despatch Targets with safe and healthy working environment.
To ensuring availability of Packers, Wagon and Truck Loading equipment to meet the budgeted target of cement dispatch
  • Implementing, Execution of Preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, opportunity maintenance.
  • RCFA of repetitive problems.
  • Walk bye inspection
  • Supervision and monitoring of the tasks given to Shift engineers

    • To optimize the Maintenance cost of equipment to ensure the packing cost as per P&B
  • Maintain minimum inventory stock of spares.
  • Manpower planning, reducing cost of overtime.
  • Planning for spares as per P&B.
  • In-house equipment repairing.

    • To Implement of modifications & developmental jobs to improve the efficiency of the equipment
  • Execution of the new initiatives to meet the desired results
  • To make the availability of all the material resources
  • Scheduling the activities required for the commissioning
  • Plan for the future maintenance of equipment ensuring availability of the space for maintenance
  • Trail of the commissioned equipment to ensure desired outputs

    • To Implement Safety planning to make sure the safe working conditions and to avoid unsafe acts
  • Tool box talk.
  • Making SOPs and implementation.
  • Ensuring use of PPEs and work permits
  • Identifying and eliminating unsafe acts and near miss

    • To Comply with the best system adherences to ensure no lapses
  • Maintaining records and documentation of ISO and as per API Norms
  • Conduct audit as an internal auditor, identifying NC and actions for removal of the same.
  • Attending audits and preparing for the same.

    • B) Goals & KRA to be assigned
    1. Safety standard improvement in department.
    2. To control fugitive dust emission and to improve housekeeping of cement mill section
    3. Effective use of preventive maintenance tools for quality maintenance and compliance to SAP module.
    4. ensuring availability of Packers, Wagon and Truck Loading equipment to meet the budgeted target of cement dispatch.
    Qualifications:
    Bachelor Of Engineering,Bachelor Of Technology,Master of Engineering
    Minimum Experience Level:
    8-12 Years
