Monitor internal HR systems, databases, and HR Metrics
Create detailed reports as per the business request and requirement
Collate the inputs from various teams across the globe and share it with the leadership / central
team
Address requests that are received from employees with regards to various types of letters.
End to End processing of Invoices
Resolve tickets / queries on HR Ticketing tools
Preparation of employment contracts and letters related to employment.
Prepare data as per ad-hoc requests received
Maintaining employee files and records in the system correctly
Onboarding new joiners, Document verification, ensure operation work is complete and compliant
with processes.
Coordinate with internal stake holder for inducting new joiners
Manage admin responsibility for HRSS with agreed SLAs
Managing new hire paperwork and the exits of the leaving employees
