Digital Marketing Manager - Recruitment
Experience: 8+ years
Location: Bengaluru / Chennai
Position Summary:
Drive compelling digital recruitment marketing strategy by designing and delivering campaigns across all recruitment channels for critical business areas.
Responsibilities:
- Drive recruitment marketing campaigns to create a strong talent pipeline and attract, engage new talent across geographies.
- Online recruitment marketing events that include managing and analyzing metrics across all channels are your forte.
- Understand emerging trends and deploying them for higher impact.
- Manage the careers page and other talent marketing platforms and vendor relationships (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed, and other job portals).
- Organize virtual walk-in drives and campus hiring campaigns.
- Drive our diversity and inclusion and recruitment agenda to collaborate with multiple functional teams in the organization's business, HR, recruitment, marketing, internal communications, as well as external vendors to make big things happen.
- Inspire employees to become brand ambassadors

- Excellent in creative writing for recruitment collaterals and campaigns.
- Organize campaigns, programs, and events from strategy to execution that build brand awareness and generate qualified candidate profiles
- You have experience working on social media channels such and other recruitment platforms.
- You inspire employees to create and share their stories and employer reviews, amplifying our reach and influence throughout the candidate journey.
- You possess exceptional interpersonal skills and you are an articulate and effective communicator.
- Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
- You're abreast with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
Qualifications:
Education - Bachelor's degree and/or master's in relevant field 6+ years of proven previous experience in a recruitment marketing/employer branding role where you managed campaigns (strategy to execution), as well as owned vendor relationships (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, etc.).
Master's in marketing or certifications in employer branding preferred.
