Job Description
Digital - Senior Analyst - Site Search (SEO)

Responsibilities:
- Analyze website internal search (site search) performance to provide suggestions and strategies for overall improvements
- Proactively communicate with clients as well as internal and external stakeholders while minimizing hands-on support from managers
- Produce positive site search results and apply improvisations such as: Keyword Research & Optimization, Implement Redirects, Creating Disambiguate, Recommend Links and Banners, Dictionary update, Sites Search Audits
- Provide SEO analysis and recommendations in tandem with elements and structure of websites and web pages
- Stay up-to-date with trends and development across the landscape of SEO, search engine, social media and internet marketing industry
- Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across all major search channels
- Identify and manage project scope and provide clear, detailed documentation, process flows and status updates
Required Expertise:
- Extensive knowledge of e-commerce platforms and industry
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) including the ability to interact with clients, and internal and external senior stakeholders across the globe
- A flair for creativity and thinking outside the box is a must, along with a penchant to identify and resolve problems
- Ability to work within a team and independently
- A strong, driven passion for SEO and internet marketing
Eligibility Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (Preferred) with a minimum of 3 years experience in Site Search (SEO)
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in collaborating with stakeholders across various time zones, across the globe
