Job Description


  • Supervise and control all Front Office areas according to the standards laid down by the Company, maximising revenues and profits to agreed budgetary limits.
  • Ensure that guest requests are resolved quickly, efficiently and courteously.
  • Ensure that accurate room status information is maintained and properly communicated.
  • Train, cross-train, and retrain all Front Office personnel. Conscientiously develop and train the team to perform their functions with maximum productivity and efficiency so as to prepare them to take on greater responsibilities.
  • Develop relationship with clients & provide personalized guest service.
  • Ensure that check-in procedures are strictly adhered to and that the correct address and charge out details are obtained from each guest.
  • Maintain soft filing on incidents, complaints etc. and refer them, if required, to the appropriate department for follow up action.
  • Ensure accurate and timely submission of all reports and administrative work.
