JOB DESCRIPTION:Responsible for overall branch operations and profitability of the branch, Handling branch operations team, motivate and work along with branch team to achieve branch set targets month on month. Ensure gold loan growth at branch month of month. Responsible for canvasing and marketing all financial products of Mutthoot Finance. Building relationship with customers and follow-up. Increase interest collections of the branch and control on NPA's.REQUIRED QUALIFICATION:Graduates / Post graduates with operations and marketingexperiencein Banking and Financial industry. Minimum period of 2 years can also apply.REMUNERATION:Best in industry
