Job Description :
1) Sample receipt and storage in respective condition.
2) A.R.No. allocation for received sample.
3) Water sampling support.
4) Sample disposal, after release.
5) 5S Maintenance in sample receipt area.
6) Document issuance and log book issuance.
7) Completed file index preparation and submission.
8) Test report check list updation.
9) Timely escalate the issues and concerns.
10) To follow the supervisor allotted activity.
