A Process Control Domain (PCD) Systems Support Analyst being part of the Asset SOM organization is required to be a deep technical expert in the support, configuration and periodic change/patching of Process Control Systems and their integration into the overall local network (called the Process Control Domain). They have mastery of skills in the configuration and maintenance network security controls that safeguard the process control layer from outsider access. The analyst should also be knowledgeable in the following concepts: IT Service Management and Integration Support, On-premise and Cloud Hosting, Business Change Management, Continuous Improvement, IT Architecture Information Risk Management and Assurance, and Collaboration Tools. Qualifications and Skills Requirement Mandatory:
Educated to degree level, preferably in Information Technology
A minimum of 3 - 6 years overall work experience
Prior experience in an IT support environment supporting business applications
Hands-on experience in VMware Virtualization and Windows Server environments
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Self-starter with good analysis and problem solving skills
Good understanding of ITIL processes, incident, problem and change management

Preferred:
Microsoft Certifications: MSCA / MSCE
VMware Certifications: VCAP
Ability to operate in a global, virtual cross-cultural organization, working in different time zones
Be able to work under pressure. Deliver solutions fast, but to quality standards and in a compliant way
Ability to handle concurrent tasks with appropriate priority
Patching Windows and ESXi servers at a regular frequency to ensure hardware & virtual environments are kept complaint
Administer McAfee, Symantec Endpoint & WSUS consoles
Administer the server inventory and ensure that it accurately reflects the current scope and maintain the consistency in ServiceNow CMDB device information
Have worked on any backup technologies - preferably Veeam
Handle, review and manage the incident(s), problem(s), Service Request(s) as needed to ensure they are correctly prioritized, scheduled and resolved as per stipulated SLA's
Preparing and maintaining SOP(s), Knowledge base, documentation of technologies, standards, and procedures
Gather information and facilitate the decision making process of granting approval for immediate change requests to systems with input from the appropriate teams, understanding the potential impact to production systems prior to approval

Comfortable to work in shifts, Asia Pacific (AP) & Europe (EU) time to support 24x5 operations and extend on-call support during weekends or public holiday(s) on a rotational basis.
Work Schedule / Shift Monday to Friday to cover Asia-Pac and Europe time zones with participation in on-call Rota to cover weekends.
