Product Owner - Scrum Master

What you will be doing/ Essential Responsibilities
- You will work closely with product management and business stakeholders to understand problems and opportunities.
- You will take ownership of refinement of these opportunities with your scrum team to create features and stories that meet the teamu2019s Definition of Ready.
- You will manage the backlog and ensure that it is prioritized.
- You will accept stories, ensuring that the requirements are met.
- You will be evaluating the progress of the change through the iterations and will work closely with the team to help them achieve the PI objectives.
- The change you will be responsible for, will range from supporting end to end application refactoring to small enhancements to existing functionality.
- You will adhere to our SAFe ceremonies to deliver and integrate change for our customers with the support of the RTE.
What you bring:
- Bacheloru2019s degree in computer science or engineering or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience. Post-graduate education desired.
- 5+ years of hands-on-experience as a product owner and overall 10+ years of experience as PO/BA/relevant roles.
- Must have worked on Banker/payment/Financial domain
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization. Should possess good interpersonal and presentation skills.
- You will be a passionate advocate of SAFe methodologies and have a clear understanding of your responsibilities as a Product Owner.
- You will have a minimum viable product mindset.
- You will function as effectively as part of a team as you do independently on your own projects.
- You will be adept at managing stakeholders at all levels.
- You will have strong communication and negotiation skills.
- You will be comfortable in prompt escalations of issues / risk.
- You will be comfortable managing financial risk with tenacity for edge case scenario planning.
Added bonus if you have:
- Certification as a PM/PO SAFe Agile Leader
- Knowledge of financial services industry
