CLBT within the Enterprise Information Technology (EIT) business supports various applications for the Wholesale line of businesses and has various applications based on Microsoft / Java Stack. These teams are spread across various locations including EGS.
About the Role
As part of Wells Fargo Technology team, this is a senior engineering position responsible for technical design and hands on development in a team of highly skilled technologists towards change the bank efforts for applications in MMB Line of Business at WFIP. The incumbent will be a technical expert playing the lead role for change the bank responsibility for development, integration, and implementation of loan delivery platform over Salesforce, nCINO product and microservices architecture. The system design includes the platform designing / redesign for legacy transformation and expanding it to multiple origination system of records.The role encompasses technical/ functional expertise, people management and stakeholder management
Responsibilities
- Contribute and/or lead specific design and development around nCino specific functionality and perform detailed product customization and demonstrations
- Demonstrate creating Salesforce.com custom fields and editing page layouts within an nCino demonstration environment
- Provide and mentor Subject Matter Expertise in technical product set up and functional / architectural processes. Lead architecture discussions and finalize go to strategies - Data and Set ups
- Understand, Critic and design data modelling to support business dashboards and data consolidations
- Proactive understanding of nCino platform and tab on recent release functionality
- Collaborate with global team in finalizing requirements and product fitments as per out of box set ups and reduced customizations.
- Experience in Salesforce, nCino Platform Execute as a nCino Lead Developer and Salesforce
- Hands on experience in configuring nCino UI Group , Routes, Screens etc
- Hands on experience in configuring product catalog, product package, entities involvement, exposure, collateral management, covenants etc
- nCino Set Up for System Administrators
- Understand business and technical requirements and map them
- Technical Experience :
- Experience developing nCino/Salesforce Configuration, customizations Apex/VF, integrations SOAP/REST
- Experience in design, and develop advanced customizations utilizing nCino, Salesforce and Forcecom
- Experience Mapping functional requirements to Salesforce features and functionality
Maintain all system diagrams, system interface charts and any other compliance policy and procedure documents.
Worked in the previous role on development, automation (Unit Test and Regression suite) in Agile Scrum Methodology. Good knowledge / management of PEGA technology team will be added advantage.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors in Engineering or equivalent and must have 15+ Years of overall experience and proven record of leading and managing a minimum team of 15+ Technology Team members
- Well verse in developing applications leveraging Salesforce, nCINO product platform Experience developing nCino/Salesforce Configuration, customizations Apex/VF, integrations SOAP/REST
- Experience in design, and develop advanced customizations utilizing nCino, Salesforce and Forcecom
- Experience Mapping functional requirements to Salesforce features and functionality
- Web Services, Design Patterns & Cloud Platform enablement with engineering focus
- Testing - Unit, SIT and Support for UAT testing. Test Automation.
Desired Qualifications:
- Salesforce experience
- Extensive knowledge in areas of Loan Origination Workflow, nCino, SFDC best practices, etc.
- 10+ years of overall experience.
- Familiarity with technologies: Web Services(REST), Micro Services, Salesforce Cloud Platforms , Message Format(JSON, XML), Database( Oracle, SQL, NoSQL), Web Client, UX
