On a typical day, you'll
  • Provide L1 Support to internal stakeholders
  • Address tickets for the local site as well as remotely related to IT Concerns
  • Travelling for recruitment drives
  • Receive and log in calls related to IT concerns
  • Mentoring new/junior team members
