We are currently seeking a System Administration Sr Associate to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN). - Experience working with international multilingual teams - Demonstrates the NTT Data Services Values of Clients First, Foresight and Teamwork in everything they do. - An in-depth knowledge of Linux (SuSE, Red Hat etc) - Knowledge of different hardware architecture, roadmap and implementation - Server management including migration and consolidation - High availability solution implementations - Anticipate operational, program, and implementation issues and develops preventative measures. - Adapt to projects, programs or methods based on customer or business partner feedback - Develop innovative and creative output based on interpretation and analysis that improve business performance and contribute to corporate goals and strategic intent. - Knowledge of handling new edge technologies like OpenStack, OpenShift, Docker - The role requires strictly working from the office for all work days. No work from home is allowed and no deviations will be approved - The role will require flexibility to work in a 24/7/365 shift. The person secifically must also be flexible to operate in Night shifts and weekends - The person must also be able to create documentation, write SOP's and create Knwoeldge base articles from time to time - The role may require to coordinate hardware repalcements as part of the overall Incidents being resolved - The role may be required to dispatch tickets as one duty amongst several on the job - The role will require patching servers - The role will require responding to Incidents, Changes and Requests - Displays good verbal and written language skills in English - Minimum 6 years of System administration experience in Linux Server operations & implementations & Experience in virtualization technologies like Xen, KVM, VMware Preferably: SuSE Linux and/or RHEL certifications
