Our engineers have created World's best embedded host technologies for printing. And our customers include leading MFP and Printer manufactures around the world. Our print technologies span multiple print segments: Graphic Arts, Digital Printing, Wide Format and Office Printing. No matter whether people 'Print for Earning' (Big Presses printing - Magazines, News Papers, Banners, Packages, etc.) or they 'Print because they Earn' (Office & Home printers), they most probably use our print technology. Work in this group not only involves deep domain (PDF, PS, Graphics, Color, Font, etc.), but it also spreads across multiple platforms and operating systems. We also own patented Scan technology that generates high quality, intelligent, searchable, reflowable, compact, secure PDFs from color or b/w scanned images. All kind of digital security is implemented in both Print & Scan workflows.

The Challenge
Print Technology Group is looking for Senior Engineering Manager at Adobe Noida campus, who will be responsible for leading engineering teams, managing development of commercial and production print products, galvanizing the teams, encourage them to innovate, build and deliver best in class products to our global customers. This position offers unique opportunity to build solutions using diverse platforms and technologies, major desktop and server operating systems, Adobe Sensei as well as cloud technologies. You will interact with customers across the globe understand their needs and exceed their expectations through innovation and selection of right technologies.
What you'll do
Understand business goals through working closely with senior management, product management and OEM account management teams
Drive strategy, architecture and development of products using customer requirements and business goals
Lead the technical design, vision, and implementation strategy
Ensure products and solutions are delivered on committed schedule
Challenge the team to innovate and deliver better products and solutions
Interact periodically with customers, establish technical vision, and build relationships
Manage projects, by budgeting estimates and mitigating risks
Ensure adherence to Adobe policies and processes for product development as well as people management
Mentor and guide high performing engineering team
Collaborate closely with cross functional teams to keep the uber vision on the path to success
Be well versed in emerging industry technologies and trends and communicate that knowledge to the team and use it to influence product direction.
Develop and evolve engineering processes to optimize team's efficiency
Requirements
Bachelor's, or Master's in engineering
15+ years of software development experience with 5+ years in engineering management and people management role
Proven track record of technical excellence, innovation, and leadership
Strong C++, design, and architectural skills
Solid problem solving and analytical abilities
Seasoned project management skills using agile methodologies
Good understanding of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery practices
Experience developing cloud based, and/or ML based applications is an advantage
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Highly motivated, works well in a fast-paced collaborative environment
