Job Description

Greetings From 2Coms,
We are Hiring Freshers & Experience for Service Desk Management Profile for our Leading MNC.
LOCATION : KOLKATA / BANGALORE / GURGAON
JOB DESIGNATION : SERVICE DESK MANAGEMENT
JOB DESCRIPTION : Managing one or more customer service or service desk functions. Acting as a point of contact to support service users and customers reporting issues, requesting information, access, or other services . Delivering customer service through multiple channels including human, digital, self- service , and automated.
Requirements

Graduation is a must.
Must have excellent Oral & Verbal communication Skill. (Without MTI || Neutral accent)
All Fresher With excellent Verbal & Oral Communication is needed.
1 to 3 years experience in Voice Service Desk.
Must be flexible to work in night shift.
As per current situation it is Work From Home but once the office resumes candidate must be ready to Work from Office.

3 Rounds of interview

Screening over the call
Versant
Ops

Must be able to clear all the above rounds.

Benefits
SALARY FOR FRESHER : Upto 25k CTC
SALARY FOR EXPERIENCE : Upto 30k - 39k CTC ( based on experience, interview & skill set)
