Looking For Freshers & Experienced Candidates In A Renowned BPO Client for E - commerce process
About Client
Our client is a an American business services company specializing in customer engagement and business performance.
Job Title: Voice Process
Requirements

Good Communication skills
Take calls Over Phone which involves working in different time zonesTake calls from Global clients and initiate the right response to them, positively and professionally.
Flexible to work in shifts.
Excellent English - both verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Good technical knowledge

Shift: 6 days Rotational shift
Work Location: Ranchi
Week Off: 1 Day Rotational week off
Work from Office
Qualification: Under Graduate/ Graduate/Experience

Fresher and Experience both Candidates Can Apply
Interview Place: Telephonic
Candidate has to be in Ranchi location at present.
