We are urgently looking for candidates for one of our leading client in UAE.

Position : Sales Executive.

Responsibilities
Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales division
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands companys customer base and ensure its strong presence
Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Builds business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients.
Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
Regular MIS being to be submitted to management
Meeting Budgeted Targets
Checking any non-budgeted overheads
Travel to customers place on continuous basis.
Requirements
Bachelors or masters degree with a concentration in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration preferred
At least five (5) years successful previous experience of Logistics Industry as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
Hands-on experience with ERP software is preferable.
Word, Power Point, Advanced MS Excel skills including V look ups and pivot tables
Experience with Freight Forwarding & Warehouses
Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
Additional certification is a plus
Driving License.
